What is the delivery time for a surface?
A, 50 'X 100’ surface of the regular colors, will be delivered FOB our factory generally between 7 to 14 days.

What is the material used to make the tiles?
The tiles are made of Polypro with a shape memory, enabling it to deform without breaking and to retain its structure in order to resist impacts.
How solid are the anchorage points of your tiles?
The addition of 6 anchor points and 6 "T" retention points per section ensures maximum restraint between the tiles, regardless of the outside temperature or the weight of the player’s.
Do you offer the installation service of the surfaces?

Are the tiles guaranteed?

What colors are available?

Can i order other colors?
Yes, we can manufacture the tiles according to the Pantone® color you want *.

Are the tiles difficult to install?
It is very simple. Each tile has an exclusive fastener lock system that snap together. A 50 'X 100' normal ice rink can be installed in one day.
Are tiles difficult to uninstall?
It is very simple to dismantle a surface using a broomstick or other round tube. The dismantling of an outside surface of 50' X 100' is done quickly in a few hours. See uninstallment video.

Do I need any special tools to install the surface?
No, all you need is a measuring tape and a drawing of the surface with measurements to position the colors of the lines of the playground at the right places.
How do I clean the surface?
The surface material repels dirt and is resistant to stains and most chemicals. It is recommended to always test a cleaner on a tile before applying it to the entire surface. Cleaning should be done using a high-pressure washing machine .
How can I replace a tile?
Manually unlock the damaged tile (S) and replace with new tile (s).
Can we use the surface after it rained?
For user safety, inspect the surface to see if there are water puddles on the surface before allowing use. The height of the tile makes it possible to eliminate the puddles of water on flat surfaces. DSD tiles are designed to evacuate water quickly, their textured surface provides superior traction in wet or rainy conditions.
On what type of ground can I install my surface?
For a long term installation, it is recommended to have a flat surface of asphalt or well-drained cement to prevent frost.
For a short-term installation, it is recommended to have a flat level ground and at the level of clay or well compacted lawn. This will help to keep the surface at level.
What kind of maintenance do I need to do, to keep my surface looking good?
Simply clean your surface regularly.
Should I protect the surface during the winter?
No, the material of the tiles resists very well to the winter.
Can I paint lines or patterns on tiles?
Yes, use a primer paint and a color paint according to the specifications below:
- Primer paint: 39861 per SEM
- Plastic Adhesion Promoter 6246 by NAPA
- Aliphatic polyurethane paint
What is the maximum weight that can supported by the tiles?
The tiles are sturdy and durable. They can support up to 2,000 lbs per square foot, and can easily support the weight of a car.
